Edition sizes vary, each print edition consist of 296, each print is individually numbered. Different sizes have limited amount of copies, but every print comes with certification of authenticity, its number on the back, and the artist’s signature.

There are a two ways to purchase from Neuepress. You can either use our online shop, or order via email info@neuepress.com if you require custom sizes or custom frames.

We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment online, as well as Apple Pay and offer financing via Shop Pay. For custom and bespoke orders we will invoice you.

Shipping time will vary depending on what type of artworks, the size and how they are packaged, the weight, as well as location. Generally prints are shipped within 7 - 10 business days after the order has been placed. Delivery can take up to two weeks, depending on location.

Since every piece is custom printed, mounted, and framed specifically for you, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate returns.

If your order has been marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to us at info@neuepress.com, and we will initiate a search to locate it for you.

To ensure accuracy, all cancellations and order alterations must be requested within 24 hours of the initial purchase. Please note that once we commence the custom printing and framing process, we are unable to accommodate any changes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Photography prints come signed and numbered only in our signature size, and of course all gallery items are signed by the artists.

Our frames are equipped with wall buddies for effortless hanging. Depending on the size of your artwork and your wall, we recommend using screws for our smaller sizes and anchors for our two largest sizes.

We employ a substantial UV-blocking acrylic sheet for all our fine art prints. Despite its higher cost compared to glass, we have opted for acrylic due to its superior protective qualities and reduced risk of transit damage.

All our artworks are printed on a substantial 300gsm matte archival museum grade paper made from 100% cotton rag.

Our curatorial team conducts monthly evaluations of new artist submissions. To submit your portfolio, please email a PDF containing five selected images that you believe would be suitable additions to our collection via the "Contact Us" page.
